I very rarely visit my GP so I don't have much experience to draw from, however I can say that the practice nurse (Kay) is friendly and makes you feel at ease every time you see her.

This practice is well run. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. My own personal physician is caring and is a very good diagnostician

This Surgery is so untypical of recent reports. The Reception staff are more than helpful and will even call you back if needs be. Dr Alwan who I usually see is welcoming, has time for his patients and explains in details what is going on. Although I hate bothering people, I am made to feel that I am NOT bothering him. It is always possible to get an appointment and the system used here is excellent for patient care. I could go on ........

The reception staff members are always helpful and courteous. My medical care is thorough and I am involved with the process at all times. I am grateful for the fact that your care keeps me active in spite of problems and that I can depend on my GP for advice.
