This Surgery is so untypical of recent reports. The Reception staff are more than helpful and will even call you back if needs be. Dr Alwan who I usually see is welcoming, has time for his patients and explains in details what is going on. Although I hate bothering people, I am made to feel that I am NOT bothering him.
It is always possible to get an appointment and the system used here is excellent for patient care. I could go on ........
