I fine the receptionists very helpful and always help if I have a problem with my medication. It is sometimes a bit difficult to get a appointment the receptionist will help.
I have been a patient here for years and have found all staff to be excellent. Drs in particular - dedicated knowledgable and humane. Reception staff used to be a bit gruff but are much friendlier now - despite the difficult position they are sometimes in. There is a general issue with dealing with inevitable conversations in earshot of other people.
Every time I visit this surgery the reception staff are extremely unwelcoming. No one smiles and everything you ask for is seemingly too much. Likewise some of the doctors are also unfriendly and I have felt belittled. I do not think this constitutes good patient care. Patients need to feel comfortable going to their surgery and asking for an appointment and also feel able to share their symptoms without embarrassment.
Receptionist is very unfriendly and blunt. she acts as if you are always wasting their time.
