I sent in a Repeat Prescription complete with SAE, two weeks later nothing following no response an enquiry revealed the Prescription had been sent to my nominated Pharmacy. I have not nominated a Pharmacy, I travel quite a lot frequently to Scotland so electronic prescription is not suited and the NHS have exceptions and allowances to fit, however Caradoc seem to think they know better than the NHS.....they simply have again tried to bully Patients to the Caradoc way of thinking. Don't, nothing wrong with Clinical Care if admin staff allow you to access it. Still have no idea where to get my Prescription, NHS Scotland can't help me! Third time in the last 12 months that I have been left without medication.

Suggested improvements
Follow NHS guidelines concerning Electronic and other Surgeries best practice, change the bullying Admin Policies being forced upon patients but most importantly DON'T think communicating by SMS fulfils your obligations to communicate efficiently and effectively, try listening to your patients for once, you serve them they do not serve you!

My appointment today went well. I saw Dr Isaac who was thorough, efficient and had a pleasant manner.

When I arrived at the surgery I was delighted to see the television was not in operation and disappointed when it started. The upbeat music and the constant flashing images were not conducive to relaxation and calm. As the television is mounted directly in front of all the chairs it is only avoidable by sitting there with your eyes shut. The content appeared to be almost entirely negative and if you were not ill when you arrived you could well be by the time you left with repetitions about bowel cancer, diabetes, coronavirus, strokes, heart disease etc. etc. I suggest that it would be better without it

The long haired lady dr I saw on Thursday was incredible I came in due to worries with my pregnancy. She was the first doctor/nurse I’ve ever seen who read my notes and didn’t make me repeat why I’m there and mention my miscarriage. Was extremely impressed! Thank you so much!

We are new to the area and I visited the surgery this morning (29/08/23) with my 5 month old daughter. We were booked to see Dr Cooke. I just wanted to say how lovely she was and how welcome she made us feel, one of nicest doctors we have seen! She was amazing with both my daughters & made my baby & myself feel at ease. So friendly and seemed to genuinely care. Thank you! :) My daughter is also on prescription milk & I would just like to also make note of how helpful all staff at the surgery have been with ensuring we have never had an issue so far with prescriptions being issued.
