Just wanted to leave some positive feedback as I know it often gets forgotten. I moved to Caradoc surgery in November from Thorpe Surgery and I really just wanted to say how amazing you all are. Firstly the receptionists are so friendly and helpful, if I’ve called with a query or to book an appointment it’s been dealt with promptly and efficiently. When calling with regards to my baby and toddler I’ve always been met with empathy and understanding. As a mum this is so important especially when you’re feeling worried. I’ve met with 4 different doctors during postnatal checkups for myself and appointments with both of my boys and genuinely they are all fantastic. They have all been so informative and kind. Moving surgery’s was the best decision and it’s lovely to know that if either of my boys are poorly they will get a same day appointment and be well looked after. Thank you so much.

Great Service, very friendly, profesional and polite. I am new to the area and the team have been great, Annie on reception was my first contact, and she could not have been more helpful. This was an awesome first impression and everyone since has lived up to that high standard!

Nothing, the communication is great, the polite and professionalism is amazing and the team work you can tell is fantastic. Each knows what the other has done and you are not repeating yourself

The GP I spoke with yesterday over the phone was superb; helpful, listened to my concerns and treat me with respect and dignity. Thank you for this service. I like the online booking system too.

Nothing on this occasion - it was great. Previously I didn't pick up phone as it was a London number and not called ID with held or local. I have also been spoken to not very nicely by once doctor but not the one I spoke with yesterday who was a delight.

Great Service, easy to get an appointment and the staff are helpful as I am a new patient, they explained how their surgery works and how I can reach them. Dr called and had read my notes and request and was understanding and supportive.
