Just wanted to leave some positive feedback as I know it often gets forgotten. I moved to Caradoc surgery in November from Thorpe Surgery and I really just wanted to say how amazing you all are. Firstly the receptionists are so friendly and helpful, if I’ve called with a query or to book an appointment it’s been dealt with promptly and efficiently. When calling with regards to my baby and toddler I’ve always been met with empathy and understanding. As a mum this is so important especially when you’re feeling worried. I’ve met with 4 different doctors during postnatal checkups for myself and appointments with both of my boys and genuinely they are all fantastic. They have all been so informative and kind. Moving surgery’s was the best decision and it’s lovely to know that if either of my boys are poorly they will get a same day appointment and be well looked after. Thank you so much.
