I had truly excellent from both the doctor and the pharmacist. The former dealt with my written query within two hours of my having dropped it off in reception and contacted the clinic that could help me the same day. The pharmacist sent a prescription to Boots yesterday evening and by this afternoon, I collected the prescription from Boots. This service of epic proportions all round. Many thanks!
