The receptionist was extremely helpful in making me an appointment (fitting me in as an emergency) to see the doctor even though all appointments were taken for the day.

The reception staff have a much better attitude towards patients than previous staff, who one felt were making you felt a nuisance rather than someone who needs help. A pleasant, courteous manner coupled with efficiency should be the target!

All the reception staff are polite, welcoming and efficient. They easily guide you through all the available services if asked. They are often under great pressure but never seem flustered. The calming atmosphere is appreciated. Also I have always been pleased with whichever doctor I have seen.

Excellent support for my elderly mother (a 95 year old with vascular dementia) from the two doctors we saw - Dr.Bhatia, Dr.Patel, the practice nurses and very the very helpful receptionists . And up to his death in April 2012 the same team provided outstanding care for my father Mother had to move into a care home in the summer.
