Dr Rashid helped me through a particularly difficult period in my life. I found her to be extremely compassionate, patient and sincere in her willingness to help. At every turn she discussed the options available to me and her reassurance that we “will get there” was, at times, the one thing that kept me going. I am very much grateful for all her assistance.

Dr Rashid has been really helpful to me. She really listens and understands. She follows things up too, which is useful as I am forgetful!

Now I’ve found the patient access app, it has made booking appointments much easier. The phone lines get a bit hectic and if you work it’s hard to call at 8.30. The app is great

I want to give a special thank you to doctor Z Rashid,Dr S Adhikari and Dr S Dabhi. I’ve been a patient since 2005 it was like any other Gp practice didn’t get enough care I thought several time to leave but saying that I thank god I didn’t since the doctors I’ve mentioned above took over they changed everything they give every patient the care they need they are very caring and helpful

The service and care at Broad lane surgery is exceptional. I feel really cared for. It is also clean and quiet and everyone is very helpful. I feel very lucky to have Dr. Rashid as my doctor.
