I always feel that I matter as an individual to very caring doctors, nurses and reception personnel. The practice is well run and I feel safe in their hands.

I cannot think of any improvements on my care.

Long time to answer the phone and call back was after an hour. Once sent to a/e was there for 9 hours and given antibiotics for bronchitis that I told the gp I had. I get it once or more a year for 50 years. It is impossible to see a doctor as we see nurses if we are lucky.

Answer the phone. See elderly with a doctor in the surgery as many are deaf and can’t talk on the phone. A doctor can then assess then on how they look and do tests needed

Appointment cancelled on the morning of the procedure. Already waited 3 months for the procedure. No indication of how long I now have to wait.
