I cannot praise this surgery enough. I have regular appointments and blood tests due to being diabetic and have never had any cause to complain or even grumble.
The new phone back system has cut down on actual visits to the doctors and have gotten me in on the day I have rung on other occasions.
The staff are friendly and helpful from the reception all the way to the GP's.
I am lucky to see the same doctor on most of my visits so enjoy a consistent level of care, it has also enabled us to build a level of trust which makes difficult situations much easier.
I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone.

I have just come back to this after 15 years in Scotland and I have found that it was like coming home. Everyone I have spoken to has been very friendly and helpful. I particularly like the system in use to get and appointment or practical help if an appointment isn't necessary. Everything is done with patient in mind and I would definitely recommend Bourne Galletly Practice.

We are both in our 80's. The care we have received from doctors has always been excellent.
Only one Practice Nurse has let the team down out of those seen, name not remembered unfortunately. I am an ex SRN so noticed a sterile procedure had been negligent not just once. Other nurses no complains. District Nurses excellent.
Hospital and other referrals again first class.

I can always speak to a Doctor or get seen very quickly at the Galletly surgery, the new method of the Doctor calling you to dertemine if a visit is needed or not works extremely well. I find that the ability to order repeat prescriptions, make appointments and view my medical records and documents all online a real added bonus to the surgery experience.
