I cannot praise this surgery enough. I have regular appointments and blood tests due to being diabetic and have never had any cause to complain or even grumble.
The new phone back system has cut down on actual visits to the doctors and have gotten me in on the day I have rung on other occasions.
The staff are friendly and helpful from the reception all the way to the GP's.
I am lucky to see the same doctor on most of my visits so enjoy a consistent level of care, it has also enabled us to build a level of trust which makes difficult situations much easier.
I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone.
