This practice and all of its stuff have gone above and beyond in my experience. From being pregnant during the pandemic to booking appointments for myself and my family they have always excelled in their communication, efficiency and competency. Although faced with challenges in regards to having enough capacity for appointments I can truly say that when I’ve needed to have a face to face appointment I have never been let down. The standard of their care is exceptional even when faced with high levels of pressure.

The only challenge they face is not having enough staff and appointments however this is a NHS wide problem and they are tackling it head on with compassion and complete transparency.

Went online at 7 am to book call back. Text back within 2 hrs and seen by the nurse and advised by mid morning! Excellent Care

Dr Mitchell is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to listen to all concerns and acts upon them. I have always found everyone in the surgery helpful, compassionate and kind.

The practice is very good and the majority of staff are good as well.

Being allowed to book appointments for upcoming days as opposed to the day your on.

I've been a patient since 2017 and find the surgery to be first class. Dr Mitchell in particular has been brilliant and helped me through a difficult time. I know the practice is under a lot more pressure than it was when I joined but I think they do a great job under difficult circumstances. Oh and if you want a better nhs think long and hard about where you put your cross at the next general election.

Recently we couldn't get through to get an appointment for our daughter for a week and a half. We eventually took her to the out of hours at Stamford hospital for treatment. In this situation it would have been nice to have been able to have spoken to someone at the practice. But as I said above I'm aware of the current difficulties surgeries are facing.
