I have never not been able to get an appointment when I needed one. The surgery is welcoming and warm. There aren't loads of people waiting to see the Doctors, it would appear that the appointment system works very well, my appointment was made over the phone and I got an appointment the same day. I only had to wait a couple of minutes before going in to see the doctor. I was happy with my diagnosis and the level of care and attention given by the doctor.

Went to give a blood sample, went in on time and Pip the nurse was excellent

Staff are very helpful, on the phone or at reception. Even went in on time this morning to see the Nurse.

The receptionists are useless. Not sure how they got the jobs. They give you false waiting times, false info and mess you around regarding medication advise.

Biggest problem in common with other practices is heavy demand for appointments means delays on over a week to see a doctor!
