The receptionists are useless. Not sure how they got the jobs. They give you false waiting times, false info and mess you around regarding medication advise.

I am sorry you feel this way about our Reception team and would very much like to hear what went wrong for you so that we can review your experience and our team can use it as a learning need. We feel here at Beversbrook that our brilliant workforce are what makes us a great Practice and each staff member goes through extensive training throughout the course of their career here at the Surgery and continue their development through learning and reflection with their own personal learning plan. Feedback from our patients, good or bad, helps our team to improve their professional skills so that we can support our patients to the best of our ability.
