It was a terrible experience. I understand sometimes a Dr is running late but not nearly an hour. My appointment was 10.20 and i eventually got seen at 11.10. I was disgusted. I can't remember a time i have actually attended an appointment and been in time. I don't mind a short wait but this was ridiculous. Anne Simmons

.the guy on reception was no help and didn't even acknowledge me. He seemed to look down on everyone in there. And told me that my Dr was not running late. My appointment was at 1700 but was eventually seen at 1735hrs. Didn't even get an apology for them being late.

Unfortunately as the surgery has grown it is harder to get an appointment and the waiting times get longer but it is worth the wait - happy with the care I receive
