The first day I rang up I was told I was not an emergency and to go to the chemist by the receptionist, as everyone was on training. I had been in agony for 2 days and had already been to the chemist. But the following day I managed to get an appointment with the doctor and she could see how bad I was and was very thorough and is in the process of finding out what is wrong.

For the receptionist not to triage patients, the day i rang up she should of got someone to call me, I have not been to the doctors since 2021 and would only ring if I was really unwell

Superb service throughout. When trying to make an appointment we would all love the phone to be answered immediately , however Im realistic. The nurse was outstanding, engaging, personable yet wholly professional at all times. Thanks Bersted Green Surgery team

The receptionist was very helpful and managed to organise an appointment for me later the same day.

Nothing- I was more than happy with the service I received.

Although e consult no longer seems to be an option there never seems to be a problem with obtaining an appt

- econsult doesn't seem available - lines can be very busy BUT OVERAL I AM SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED, I UNDERSTAND THE SYSTEM IS UNDER PRESSURE
