The first day I rang up I was told I was not an emergency and to go to the chemist by the receptionist, as everyone was on training. I had been in agony for 2 days and had already been to the chemist. But the following day I managed to get an appointment with the doctor and she could see how bad I was and was very thorough and is in the process of finding out what is wrong.

Suggested improvements
For the receptionist not to triage patients, the day i rang up she should of got someone to call me, I have not been to the doctors since 2021 and would only ring if I was really unwell
