Very hard to get an appointment if at work. No access to online appointments from this surgery so have to phone at 8am and am driving to work at that time. When I am able to make a phone call at lunch time all the appointments are gone for the day.

Online booking would be good.

The reception staff are wonderful and always very helpful.Sometimes it is difficult to get an appointment which is why I have given 4 stars rather than 5, but overall a very good service at Bersted Green Surgery. Prescriptions are very efficient and speedy also.

Trying to get through by telephone is frustrating as always busy and held in a queue for long periods of time

I find it s always difficult to get through on the telephone.

I would rather use the online questionnaire but it is never available after 8.30.

I have always been well cared for by all members of staff at Bersted Green surgery. The receptionists have always been understanding and efficient. The GPs have been excellent in responding to urgent health care needs.

Nothing of great importance.
