Telephone calls can take a while to get through but I love the option to select call me back so I don’t hold on for too long. When I explained my issue I got an appointment same day and a couple of days later my situation had worsened, this time a visit to the surgery. After pharmacy said to do that, also got an appointment the same day.

All the staff were friendly and cheerful, they were happy to help and find an appointment for me. It’s helpful to have a call back option so you don’t have to spend time on hold and can get on with things while waiting.
