GP did not understand fully how bad my symptoms were and I felt like I had to be repetitive and forceful. A letter was sent to the Hosp which was great. Thankfully prescribed meds work.

Be more understanding- I don’t waste your time as I know how ghastly it can be getting an appointment.

Love this surgery. I have never had a problem getting an appointment, usually over the phone. Twice the doctor as requested to see me and I have been in within the hour. Reception team are brilliant. Always very helpful. Well done to this team. I’m so thankful for Bersted Green surgery. Thank you

Telephone system too complicated, doesn’t work half the time, on hold music is terrible, ages waiting to get through.

Improve the telephone system
