Absolutely useless. I work full time therefore I cannot get to you in opening hours to make an appointment. When I call there is ALWAYS a que. I called on 3rd Oct to book an appointment. I'm told I've git to call on the day .I do call on the day and I never get through. Please tell me hiw I'm meant to make an appointment. Your practice has always been rubbish. However it now appears to be worse than ever. Sort out your system it is beyond a joke!

When attending a cervical screening - something women of my age (under 30) are actively encouraged to do - the treatment I received left me dismayed and, frankly, horrified. Upon discussing that I was not currently using contraception (which is due to a high risk of stroke, fully known to the surgery). I was looked at with disgust (no doubt because of my younger age) and from then on was spoken to, and made to feel, like someone making terrible life choices. I did not arrive for the appointment feeling any anxiety, which is I imagine a key reason that so many young women don't attend such a vulnerable procedure, but when you are then greeted by someone who acts with such judgement and attitude it's easy to see why many don't get screened. The nurse represents the antithesis of the type of person that should be administering and encouraging these tests.

Suggested improvements
In such a situation, I believe any person should have the right to go to their doctors' surgery without fear of judgement or being made to feel dirty, disgusting, or anything other than reassured and supported. To employ staff who treat people routinely in such a manner is baffling.

A painfully rude doctor on a Sunday no idea where he got his bed side manor from or lack of? Maybe you should employ doctors who are not so rude in future and who have some sympathy for their patients what a joke!.Seemed a bit too much for him to be working on a Sunday what a shame!.

Suggested improvements
Hire a new doctor would be a start! Totally rude and unprepared acting like myself and daughter were no meant to be there.Most of the comments made to use where short and very rude.
