Absolutely useless. I work full time therefore I cannot get to you in opening hours to make an appointment. When I call there is ALWAYS a que. I called on 3rd Oct to book an appointment. I'm told I've git to call on the day .I do call on the day and I never get through.
Please tell me hiw I'm meant to make an appointment. Your practice has always been rubbish. However it now appears to be worse than ever. Sort out your system it is beyond a joke!
