Prof. Rudd was straightfoward, friendly and clear in his explanations. His manner was kind and very reassuring. He was clearly well aware of my previous medical history and the consultation felt unhurried and comprehensive. I felt that I could easily communicate my concerns and all my questions were properly addressed. I left feeling very grateful for Prof. Rudd's time and care.
