Have been very pleased indeed with my meetings with Professor Rudd. He is professional, friendly and very helpful. He has really helped to combat the problem I went to see him about and now has made an appointment for February 2025 to check how things are a year hence. I am very grateful for his help and advice.

Professor Rudd was very welcoming and made me feel at ease immediately. I felt comfortable to speak with him, he explained my condition and treatment very clearly. His manner was gentle and caring and could not have asked for anything better.

I felt that professor Rudd listened to me carefully and allowed me to ask questions and was clear and understandable. He was reassuring that there wasn't anything seriour but has recommended an additional test to make sure.

I feel very happy with the care I have had from Professor Rudd on the two occasions he has seen me.He was kind and approachable from the start and paid attention to the details of my symptoms, making me feel confident about his decisions. I felt welcomed and listened to as a person, not just a patient. I felt he focussed on me and gave me time to express my concerns. I would gladly recommend Professor Rudd to other people in need of his expertise and would like to thank him for his time and attention. I hope I will not need to trouble Addenbrooke’s again with heart issues but would be happy to be seen by Professor Rudd again.
