From our first meeting i was put at ease and filled with confidence as he greeted me with a smile and a hand shake. Mr Elsaify spoke to me with respect, discussed my case and care in words i understood. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions, it was a stressful time for me. He had time for me and the plan of care we discussed was followed. He treated me as a real person not a number. The time scale for my surgery was quick and without complication. Mr Elsaify was very friendly, approachable, informative and had a sense of humour. I also became aware of how well-liked and respected he was by the ward staff, and how he worked with his colleagues, the rapport was evident. Mr Elsaify is a true professional and i wouldn't hesitate to be under his care again if needed (although i hope i don't need further surgery), i would recommend his services to anyone requiring general surgery.

Mr Elsaify carried out a parathyroidectomy on me on 3rd January. As a 73 year old patient I was apprehensive about general anaesthetic and the possible risks of this operation. Mr Elsaify during previous consultations listened to my concerns and clearly explained the benefits and risks of such an operation. Consultations, test results and clear explanations from Mr Elsaify led me to conclude that surgery was the best way forward. As I got to know Mr Elsaify I found him to be approachable, caring, totally dedicated to the welfare of his patients. He has demonstrated to me he is a committed surgeon ensuring the patient gets the very best care needed. Mr Elsaify works long hours (operated on me first thing in the morning and checking on me last thing in the evening before going home). I have nothing but praise for Mr Elsaify and can highly recommend him as in my opinion he is a top class surgeon. In summary Mr Elsaify’s dedication, commitment and professionalism are outstanding.

Mr ELSAIFY is a very knowledgeable, supportive, professional and caring Consultant. I have had to undergo two surgical procedures in 2023 one major and one minor. During this time he has been very honest and forthcoming about the treatment options and potential results which has helped immensely in our decision making. On both occasions he has taken time out to come and visit me in the ward even though he was on annual leave. His approach to patient care is very holistic and soothing making sure that complex medical procedures are explained clearly in layman’s terms. This had made what has been an exceptionally difficult time so much easier. I would highly recommend Mr ELSAIFY to anyone seeking treatment.

From the first consultation Mr Elsaify was very open and honest about my care and what my surgery would entail and explained in detail in order for me to understand along with the potential risks. Mr Elsaify was pleasant and had a very good bedside manner and listened when I had questions. I would definitely recommend Mr Elsaify and felt very safe in his care.
