Dr Hu has been treating my teenage son for 2 years. He really is a credit to his profession. He’s kind, concerned but very reassuring and knowledgeable. One doctor that we saw previously to Dr Hu wouldn’t prescribe a certain drug because of the cost, Dr Hu didn’t hesitate as he knew it was the right drug to help my son, sure enough it did help him.

Been to see Mr Hu this morning. What a gentle, kind man. He explained everything clearly to me and gave options. I felt there was no hurry to rush me through my time spent with him. I look forward to staying under his care for the foreseeable future knowing I am in expert hands

This is the second time I have seen Mr. Hu. I have complex eye problems. Mr. Hu showed exemplary professionalism, gave me a thorough examination, listened to me and explained the results of his findings in a way I could understand. Although he must have a lot of patients to see he did not rush me. Thank you Mr. Hu for your great care which is so much appreciated.

Mr Hu removed a pterigium. He has a very professional approach and from the moment I arrived at the treatment centre I felt that I was in very capable hands. His team are also amazing and put me very much at ease. I had a lovely nurse holding my hand through surgery which really helped me relax. He was very quick to follow me up and I was seen a week later and was given clear instructions with how to take my drops for 3 months total. I am very pleased with the outcome of this surgery and I would definitely recommend Mr Hu as an eye surgeon.

He is passionate about providing excellent patient care and experience. He previously completed a PhD on trachoma with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and currently works with the LSHTM leading research in low-income countries.
