Dear Mr. Nguyen, a big thank you to you and all the kind, helpful and very pleasant staff at Optegra, before and after my recent cataract surgery. I never thought I would describe eye surgery as a pleasant experience but it was; you are a gifted person. I am sure you have heard this many times before but the contrast before and after such a short surgery is truly remarkable.
It has been a brilliant process. It has taken me from worrying about my eyes to good vision in a way that I could never imagine. The whole process has been so good at every stage.
It was very simple and very helpful. Staff were lovely, even when I was worried and they held my hand during the procedure. The outcome was marvellous.
