I was extremely fortunate to be allocated to Mr Usama Ahmed this week for minor surgery which carried quite a bit of emotional weight. Mr Ahmed was a delight. He was kind and compassionate, understanding and concerned. He listened to my concerns and took these in to account. I was also very reassured to be able to hear him directing his assistant in doing the procedure and how it was being done. He also chatted to me throughout. Perhaps most importantly, Mr Ahmed made me feel like a person rather than just a body. Please pass on my sincere thanks.

Mr Ahmed assisted the Dermatology dept. by removing a growth from my chin. The whole time he was polite, attentive and gave a running commentary of what he was actually doing. The surgery went very well and the scar he left was neat and tidy. The only problem was finding some form of plaster or adhesive tape that would hold the dressing on my face!

Very nice doctor, put me at ease and explained the procedure. Very comfortable throughout and explained thoroughly what to do for recovery at home. Very relaxed atmosphere overhaul. I couldn’t have asked for more care and attention than what he gave.i think he does a wonderful job.
