He listened, examined my nose and gave me much needed reassurance along with great clarity as to options and outcomes. Have been back today, and couldn't be happier. The procedure has been a total success. A very nice touch was the way Mr Valsamakis gave me his contact card ,again, and said very sincerely, if I have any problems I am not pick up the phone.

Dr Valsamakis was excellent from the first point of contact to our follow up after the procedure. His engagement with our child with humour made our child so much more comfortable and he answered all our questions with total professionalism.
