Dr Awad immediately sounded like such a gentle guy. Well spoken and gentle. Very approachable. Consultation was smooth and made me feel at ease and I just knew I wanted to go ahead with the surgery with him. He came to see me on the day of surgery and after. He explain everything and showed pictures which was very interesting. All in all great guy and super trustworthy!

From the moment I spoke to Mr Awad and his team I just knew It was the right decision. The standard of care and support from all is outstanding. Everyone is a credit to Tonic and at Burcott Hall,Nothing is ever too much. Mr Awad's care to surgery is second to non, he himself is an amazing man very caring,reasurring and always has time and gives you time to make your decisions. From my initial first consultation with Mr Awad to my aftercare checkups he has been nothing but fantastic. Mr Awad reassured me on the day of my surgery and did thorough checks before hand. His aftercare instructions are also carefully selected with the patients care at the forefront of everything that he does. Mr Awad has changed my life for the better, by providing me with the tool to help me loose weight. so, I can enjoy making memories with my children for hopefully a longer and healthier life. I will always be eternally grateful for his amazing work.
