I had both cataracts done at Woodlands Hospital.The operations were very successful and no discomfort during or afterwards. Mr.Stirling and his excellent team were very professional.The nurses took great care in explaining the after care at home and who to contact if needed.His theatre team, in each operation,were caring,reassuring and helped relieve my anxiety. Thank you ,I can now enjoy clarity and vibrant colours. Mr.Stirling has done an excellent job.

I recently had a cataract operation by Mr.Stirling at Woodlands Hospital.His initial explanation and reassurance gave me confidence and enabled me to relax during the procedure.The operation went well and I experienced no pain or discomfort. Before leaving the ward the nursing staff gave me advice regarding medication and who to contact should I experience any problems. I experienced no problems and had a successful checkup one week later. I would like to record that I found Mr. Stirling most approachable and caring in a most professional manner. In general I was treated with respect and professionalism by all the staff.

Mr Stirling was very reassuring in his diagnoses. He also gave me a written description of the cataract procedure which I read whilst awaiting for drops put in my eyes to aid diagnoses midway through my consultation. I found the information very useful and all of my questions were addressed in this document.

I was made to feel comfortable at all times regarding my care. The whole experience from initial consultation to post op follow up was extremely positive.
