Excellent and thoughtful care. Thank you.
He listened to what I wanted to say. He also related the feedback from the surgery and possible issues in a language and at a level I could understand and was not patronising. Very refreshing.
This attitude was reflected in the members of the department I also interacted with.
There is nothing he could improve.
Mr Alexander was very calming in his explanation about the situation regarding my detached retina. He explained clearly what was needed and I felt very reassured.
Mr Alexander always ensures patients feel at ease, are listened to and takes time to inform; clearly outlining the plan, the risks and benefits of treatment and generally makes this patient at least, feel that he is is in the hands of someone who can be trusted.
