Reviews
Mr Alexander was excellent with clear communication and a knowledgeable and reassuring manner.
Mr Alexander is a kind, caring and friendly consultant with considerable expertise in his field. He has now performed three surgical procedures on me within the last year and each time I have been completely confident I am in the best hands possible. He takes time to explain what the problem is, what the treatment plan is and any complications that might arise. His explanations are pitch-perfect for me and I feel I have a very good understanding of my condition and his treatment plans. He is patient and calm and takes time to answer questions. I feel I am receiving the best standard of care and am lucky that he is my consultant.
Excellent and thoughtful care. Thank you.
He listened to what I wanted to say. He also related the feedback from the surgery and possible issues in a language and at a level I could understand and was not patronising. Very refreshing.
This attitude was reflected in the members of the department I also interacted with.
There is nothing he could improve.
