Mr Powar was a kind, friendly, polite and professional doctor. He gave sound advice and guidance, and was very pleasant. Mr Powar also listened to my other potential concerns (which strictly speaking were out of his remit) but, nevertheless, he was prepared to take the time to listen to me, and provide some general guidance and reassurance. He was also very punctual with his appointments. I am a NHS patient who was given an option to attend Nuffield for my appointment and I was very pleased indeed on this occasion.
