I was seen very quickly. He explained all very clearly on what was going to happen understanding your discomforts and the symptoms. Explained the next steps and finding very clearly. I am more than happy with the service i received today from the doctor and the staff who we met today.

I recently attended with my husband who was both nervous and anxious. Dr Kumar was simply lovely with him, putting him at ease and totally explaining what he was doing and why. He talks in a way that is easy to understand and you can tell he goes to great pains to make sure the patient knows what is happening. I wish more doctors were like him to be honest. We learnt more in that appointment about what was happening than we ever have from our GP. Definitely a credit to the NHS.

This doctors confident manner made me relax and listen to him explain what he was doing and what he had found. He further went on to explain my options when I was to visit my GP. Overall, my experience of the scanning session, including some banter between him and his assistant was most enjoyable.
