Absolutely fantastic patient engagement and compassion. Listens and responds to patient experience and concerns. Treats parents with dignity too. Reassuring while clearly being efficient and promoting equitable access through clinical protocols for the number of contacts. Could do with having some fabulous Clinical Nurse Specialists to support patient case management, collect data for research and development of chronic fatigue services and inform NICE updates.
