I have had upper eyelid surgery performed. I was very nervous about the procedure but had complete confidence in Mr KianTan after meeting him and Jules his PA. I had seen pictures of his work on Instagram and liked what I saw and had read about his work and background. Mr KianTan inspires confidence with his ability to listen and then address all concerns. All I can say is he delivered exactly what I asked for! A totally natural look which didn’t hurt at all. The procedure was less painful than going to the dentist! Both Mr KianTan and Jules were available for after care questions and concerns and responded immediately ( not that I had any). I 100% recommend Mr Kian Tan without hesitation and Jules and am so happy I chose him as my surgeon. You wouldn’t know I have had anything done … not even a scar! Perfect! Thank you.

I had mastopexy with Dr Kian Tan on the 21st December 2022 after having lost a lot of size and shape from you dieting. My initial consultation was more than I could have hoped for. He was so thorough and explained everything whilst answering all my questions. I left with so much excitement of what was to come and reassured that I was making the right decision. I didn't want the surgery right away but Jules got in touch the minute a date was released that suited my schedule. The week of the surgery was an issue with the booked hospital and the surgery had to be cancelled the day before. But Jules and Dr Kian worked so hard to reschedule me in ASAP. Within an hour of telling me the surgery was cancelled, I was already booked in for another hospital 4 days later. On the day, Dr Kian went through everything with me and was even able to reduce the number of incisions to aid my healing. The surgery went really well and I was sent home with all the painkillers and guidance I needed. I was also assured that I could contact Jules if I had anything to discuss or if I had any concerns. After a week, I went back to Dr Kian for a check up and to have my dressings removed. All was healing well and I was really pleased with the size, shape and the position of everything. This week was my 8 week review and I'm so happy. I haven't had any issues. Everything is healing well. I've been following his guidance and I can see this was one of the best decisions of my life. I was worried that my expectations wouldn't match what he'd manage to achieve but in all honestly they've been exceeded. I've shown all my friends! After years of embarrassament about the way my chest looked, I am finally happy in my skin. I am realistic and know that my chest will slowly sag again but it was worth it and I will do my best to look after them.

I visited the Lumiere Clinic initially about a skin complaint but was so impressed with the whole set up and staff I decided to enquire about a problem I was having with the overhanging skin on my eye lids. Dr Kian is a very professional skilled plastic surgeon and I was immediately put at ease and confident that he would sort out the problem and I booked the surgery at the initial consultation without hesitation. Dr Kian detailed every step he would be taking to achieve what I desired for a natural finish. He then introduced Jules his personal assistant who organised seamlessly what was required before and after surgery and booked me into the excellent PalMal clinic where he carried out the surgery. Dr Kian carried out the procedure which I am delighted with, it's a perfect neat finish and I look totally refreshed already less than a month after surgery. I cannot thank him enough and would recommend anyone to put their trust in him and the Lumiere Clinic in Manchester.
