Dr Jeevan was thorough with explaining to me the damages of my knee and what that means to me for the future. He provided me with options and consulted me on what I wanted to do, what types of physical activity I enjoyed doing and would love to continue in my best interest. He explained to me in detail of the process for surgical intervention and phased stages for post-op recovery. He’s confident, well prepared and cheerful in all our interactions which’s given me 100% trust in his professionalism and expertise in providing me with the very best clinical care possible. I wasn’t sure whether I should have my knee treated in a private hospital in Sheffield before I was received by Dr Jeevan. After my first face to face consultation with Dr Jeevan, I was so extremely happy and 100% certain to have my treatment in the Royal Hospital by Dr Jeevan as he really gave me the confidence to trust my knee and future capabilities in his hands, and he delivered 100% as planned. Because of his excellent care for my knee, I was able to return work 2 months after the surgery and I’m now able to run and cycle again. I’d highly recommend Dr Jeevan to anyone with serious knee injuries similar to mine because he truly cares what’s in our best interests as his patients and he delivers what he says. After three or four years of struggling with my hip, I finally got a GP referral via my practice physio in June '23, I was given the choice of 10 possible local(ish) options for the referral. None could see me for at least 6 months, excepting a telephone consultation which turned out to be with Mr Chandrasenan. This was quickly arranged, when the day arrived I explained my pain level and felt very strongly that I was being listened to and understood. An in-person consultation was then arranged for early September, and once again I was listened to and he agreed that I did indeed require a total hip replacement. He was very happy to talk through details and answered all the questions I had without hesitation. A date for surgery was arranged for early December at Barlborough. Mr Chandrasenan came to see me on the ward, checked everything over and before long I'd been to theatre and was back on the ward, the proud owner of a prosthetic hip. I've been to have my post-op consultation today and again, Mr Chandrasenan was once again approachable, efficient, happy to answer questions and (coincidentally, almost!) very happy with the outcome of my surgery. I would have no hesitation whatsoever having my other hip operated upon by him when the time comes, nor any hesitation to recommend him to other orthopaedic patients. Keep up the excellent work, Mr C!

After 15 yrs of pain I met Dr chandressen He totally put me at ease from the fiirst instance He explained everything about my total hip replacement. I had my first one in July (amazing) Then I had my second in November Truly amazing pain free results Courtesy of the expertise of Dr chandressen I would recommend him without any reservations He is a credit to his profession I can’t thank him enough He changed my life back to normal Nick radford

Very nice doctor listens to what you say he knows how to handle with knees and takes the pain away and very pleased with him. I would recommend him to anyone.
