Worth any amount of waiting! Mr Solanki is a genius. Mr Solanki recently removed a tumour from my spinal canal. Before the operation I was in a severe amount of pain and as you might guess very frightened as to the consequences of surgery. Mr Solanki took a lot of time to explain his planned procedure to myself and my husband and like others after listening to him we both had complete trust and confidence in his abilities. Here I am 3 months later, pain free, walking, going back to work and able to go back to the gym and with my future in front of me. Numerous comments have already been made commenting on his caring nature and honest professionalism and I can only echo this. There are times at his clinic where you are kept waiting, but this is due to him only being allocated a short time with each patient and instead of rushing everyone he believes in explaining everything clearly and carefully to his patients, putting you at ease and therefore sometimes he overruns. The benefit of this is that when you see him you come away feeling confident that if anyone can fix you he can. I know from talking to him that he is always very busy and at times has some very difficult situations to deal with. I consider myself extremely lucky to have been looked after by Mr Solanki and I cannot recommend more highly. Thank You.

I go to Birmingham Children's hospital as I have scoliosis and 5% of a lipoma and Mr Solanki is the best doctor I know. In 2013 I was in hospital for my stomach and even though Mr Solanki was not involved with my case as one of my doctors he cared for me so everyday almost he came past the ward he always used to say hello or how are you feeling. He always makes you giggle through hard times and he is a doctor that is always there for you. I trust him with my life.

I saw Mr Solanki privately at the Priory Hospital in Birmingham for a meningioma, (Benign tumour in lining of brain). He was extremely gentle and understanding and informed me of my treatment options in a professional but easy to understand way. I have absolute faith in this man and would have no hesitation to trust him with my life, which is exactly what I did as I had surgery to remove my meningioma one month after first seeing him. He gave me first class care and I cannot praise and thank him enough. He actually makes you smile even when discussing such a serious subject.
