A friend referred me to Mr SPYROU because he had operated on her and she was very pleased. I went to see him at METHLEY PARK and asked him to perform a breast augmentation because I had lost volume after 3 child births and middle age. When he examined me, he refused point-blank to perform this procedure as he warned my breasts would remain droopy. He told me that I had the volume required for an uplift and explained the rationale for his decision. He was very thorough and methodical, he explained the scars of the uplift very well, he organised my mammogram and he left it entirely up to me to see how I wanted to proceed. Throughout the whole process, he was always very compassionate and followed the duty of candour. Eventually I decided to take his advice which ended in being one of the best decisions of my life. I was wrong and he was right all along. My breasts are now exactly where I wanted them to be. I cannot praise him enough and I would strongly recommend him and his services to any future patients.

Dr spyrou was recommended to me by a friend she had her eyelids done and I must say she was very happy with his work hence the recommendation. I needed my old PIP implants removed, firstly because of health reasons and secondly I have had two children since having my first implants so my breasts had sagged (previously had 325 implants ) Dr spyrou had said the biggest implants he would put in me were 425 because of my size (8 and 5ft 3) I was happy with this, I didn’t want much bigger in size however I did repeatedly ask, will they be perk? No more sag and my breasts full .. yes yes yes .. well over 1 year and two visits to spire/dr spyrou to complain, my breasts are much worse than before, droopy, spare skin, flop to the side to the point I look flat chested when I lay flat and nothing they or him will do, said it’s my fault for having implants before .. now I’m going for a 3rd operation (elsewhere) which will include an uplift - this should of been mention in my consultation! He forced me into signing a form to say I was satisfied with my results which was certainly not the case - very much felt bullied into it.

The best decision I have made, had an uplift on my 34c breasts one which was quite smaller than the other. George Spyrou advised me that implants Wouldn't look good as one side my chest bone is higher than the other side, I didn't really want implants, just was desperate to get better looking non saggy boobs, which I now have. This guy is amazing would highly recommend, what a fantastic job he has done, I loved them as soon as I saw them 2 hrs after surgery, no bruising or redness, had my first checkup yesterday a week after surgery they are looking fab! Next week stitches out, and as for pain, don't know if I was lucky, but honestly haven't felt any pain at all, a very small discomfort on the breast which was the smaller one, but the pain killers they gave me, hardly took any of them. At 54 years old, just wish I'd had it done much sooner

After many years of research I finally decided I was getting my boobs done, after meeting and speaking with many companies and surgeons I met with George and knew instantly he was the one for me. He answered all of my questions before I could even ask them and made sure i knew my limits on size etc, I'm pretty sure other surgeons would have let me go bigger but George wouldn't, having seen my results now he absolutely knows his stuff. He is extremely thorough and provides a personal service, nothing is too much and made me feel that i am always in his care following my procedure, not passed on to nurses or a PA or similar. I cannot recommend this guy enough, he is so sincere and professional and provides excellent results. All i can say is....you're in good hands, the best :)
