I have had a split earlobe since 2014 when my earring was ripped out. it was quite a deep and high up tear so this was really obvious to other people. I was consious of this and I decided this year to have this looked at with a view to it being repaired, Mr ross performed the repair in May this year and I am now back for my final consultation. I am really pleased with the result and now less conscious of this. it was done for me in no time at all under local anaesthetic and healed really well.

Mr Ross was brilliant from start to finish. He understood exactly why I wanted the procedure and gave me realistic expectations. He put me at ease as I was extremely nervous. He is an excellent surgeon.

I am was ealry 50's when I started to consider having surgery after feeling old. I was looking at a facelift. I was recommended to Mr ross by a local beautitherapist which I took her advice and came to see him at the bmi Alexandra hospital. I saw Mr ross and had the surgery within 3months. The face and neck lift was last November and I am now 8 months post op. The results are fantastic. The results are natural and I looked like I did 10 years ago. It is better than I ever thought it would be.

Mr Ross is very approachable, honest and understanding and a "real" person. It wasn't easy plucking up the courage to have my consultation and he made it very easy. I had my surgery in the outpatient theatre. It was very relaxed and seemed to take minutes. Thankyou.

I have been to 3 consultants previous to seeing Mr ross. I have a condition with means my legs are growing at an unpredidented red and have a lumpy reasons. the previous surgeons where unable to offer me any surgery and they didn't know what to offer. Mr Ross spent time with me discussing options, explained, spent time researching and more importantly he was very clear in what to expect and what not to. he is the most honest surgeon I have met. i am now 6 weeks post op. the recovery was as explained. I am extremely happy with the results and I will be returning to Mr Ross for a further procedure in several months.
