Fantastic care recieved from day 1 of booking my consultation. My breast reduction has been lifte changing. Vicki is excellent at what she does and really does put you at ease. Access to the practice is never a problem. A personal service. Mr ross is a superstar in my eyes and has give me a life changing result. Don't hesitate .

I was referred to Gary Ross by a friend, from my first conversation with his secretary Vicky the service has been outstanding. Gary went to great lengths to explain the procedure, I didn't feel rushed or pressured into making a decision at any point and he was in touch with me personally at any opportunity I needed. My overnight stay in hospital was first class. The care and attention before and after my operation was second to none. I would have no hesitation in recommending Gary Ross as a consultant and highly commend the Alexandra Hospital and its staff for their exemplary service.

Both doctor and staff were really helpful and friendly. Listened to what I wanted and any questions I had. Really flexible with appointment times etc. really happy with the results of the surgery and it was definitely worth getting done

Not only does my doctor get a 5 star rating, his entire staff does too. Starting with vicki who set my appointment, answering all my question to the ward and especially emma, who went beyond the call of duty . I emailed Dr Ross on a Saturday evening , he responded back in 20 mins. Dr Ross is the only cosmetic surgeon I can recommend
