Mr. Francis-Khoury is perhaps the best doctor I've seen. He is ever so friendly, more than happy to converse with me on the way to his office. Once the consult started, I knew he was listening to me instead of waiting for his turn to speak. When I struggled to remember the names of certain medications I was using, Mr. Francis-Khoury waited for me to finish speaking instead of over me to confirm what medication I actually meant. He took time and great care in the examination; I felt valued as a patient. Adding to this, despite Mr. Francis-Khoury being an ENT, he advised me on TMJ pain and followed up with information for me on how to relieve discomfort.~ I didn't feel uncomfortable around him, despite myself having severe anxiety. Whole-heartedly recommended.

Mr Francis Khoury was exceptional in every way. He was very through every time I saw him. He helped in every way he could even when I had a difficulty trying to access a prescription. He was prepared to talk to a local pharmacy to ensure that I got the right ear drops. He was highly professional and I trusted him to help me even though this was the first time I had been referred to him. I would recommend Mr Francis Khoury 100% to anyone with an ear problem. I would also like to praise his PA Jo she was incredibly helpful when I made my initial contact and organised very efficiently my first appointment and subsequent ones. I cannot praise them both highly enough. Many thanks to both Lesley Sullivan.

I saw Mr Francic Khoury to undestand what might be causing a hearing problem. He was very personable and took the time to listen to my medical history and discussed what might be causing it. Referred for a scan and had a copy of the consultation letter within 3 days. Would highly recommend.

Mr Francis Khoury was a delight to deal with. His history taking, diagnostic techniques etc were compassionate and thorough. He explains his findings in a clear comprehensive way. He has a great ability to get alongside a patient and to instil confidence. It seems very clear that he is experienced and exceedingly competent. He asks the right questions, listens very carefully and interprets well. I’m running out of superlatives! I would without hesitation recommend him to anyone looking for a consultant in this discipline. In addition might I add he is a thoroughly nice chap!

Profile

I have been practicing medicine for over two decades and count myself as immensely blessed to have enjoyed almost every working day (and learnt invaluable lessons on rare sad ones). I have been inspired by patients’ or parents’ dignity and courage in the face of adversity, enriched by their experiences and honoured by the trust they have placed in me. I have also been taught and supported by amazing nurses, doctors and other health professionals along the way.
