Recently had unicompartmental knee surgery under Mr Marley, had the best outcome possible and am seeing benefits 6 weeks post op. I had total faith in Mr Marley from the very first consultation, that he would work in my best interests and provide a care pathway that was relevant to both my age and physical capabilities, he delivered! And I am so very pleased with the outcome, it’s still early days and lots of physiotherapy to be done so things can only get better. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all involved at Royal Bolton Hospital

I had an emergency hip replacement in Cyprus in July 23. However approx 9 weeks after the replacement I had 5 dislocations within a very short period of time. I managed to get an appointment with Mr Marley very quickly, who decided a replacement was the best option. He explained in great detail that this would not be without risks, as they had no details of the replacement I’d had. He also made sure I was fully aware of the risks of having this done again due to a medical condition I suffer with. On the day of the revision he came to see me before the Op to run through everything again and explain what the plan was. He again discussed the risks and made sure that I was completely happy to go ahead. The Op didn’t go to plan and it took much longer than anticipated due to difficulties with removing the stem from my femur. As the Op was taking longer he kept my wife fully informed with progress. Once the revision was completed I was up and using crutches the day after and was able to return home after 3 days. I cannot thank Mr Marley and his team enough as they have done an excellent job of the revision. I’m now 7 weeks post Op and feel I’m making great progress. The professionalism and Courtesy shown to me was second to none. Please pass on my thanks to Mr Marley

I have just had a Total Hip Replacement. Mr. Dominic Marley was my chosen Orthopaedic Surgeon. During my pre-operative assessment, through my procedure, and all my aftercare, I received the best treatment from Mr Marley and the staff at The Beaumont Hospital. I would highly recommend him to anybody considering this kind of operation. His care, expertise and knowledge are of the highest standard. When I get to the point that I need surgery on my other hip I will be contacting Mr Marley again. Thank you Mr Marley.
