Mr Hashemi -Nejad,
Has operated on both of my hips, as I needed hip replacements on both.
He was caring , thorough, and I would highly recommend him.
Life has improved greatly since my opps . I can now walk again do all my serious gardening , and enjoy my life to the full again.
As I said I would recommend him to anyone ..
What’s missing from reviews below is whether Dr Nejad is a great specialist in his field or not. In my opinion he is a fantastic doctor. We came to see Dr Nejad with our little boy (1 year old) after trying to diagnose his limping with number of other specialists. He has been incredibly proactive, informative, sharing his views openly both around planned care and longer term diagnosis and acted with sense of urgency. All of which was missing before. He is also a genuinely nice person with good approach to both kids and parents.
Ahead of the first visit he reviewed the case and was prepared for our appointment arranging number of additional diagnostics tests ahead. hiscassistant Louisa was also very helpful taking care of everything in the background.
He operated on our son immediately after seeing him, his is now making very promising recovery. We are super grateful for his skills and attitude and must say don’t recognise any of the below comments.
I found this experience to be quite disorganised. I was sent for tests. The tests were at a different hospital. The doctor made me come back to review the tests instead of ringing me and surgery is expensive. I found another doctor who saw me on one visit and the experience was much more complete and joined up.
We saw Mr Nejad at Spire Bushey but in a new outpateint centre. The buildings were nice but the experience was very much like the NHs. The patient next to me was an NHS patient and I don’t understand how the NHS can afford to pay the prices I paid. Dr Nejad seemed very preoccupied and not particularly caring and I was sent to another doctor anyway afterwards so didn’t feel it was an appointment that helped me.
We saw Mr Nejad at Bushey Hospital. The clinic had moved to elstree and this was confusing as we wanted to see where we were operated on. He told us he wasn’t happy the hospital had moved and it was inconvenient for him as well. Overall it was disappointing as we need further scans and they need to be done at another hospital as well so it’s a bit like NHS treatment, not very efficient and generally underwhelming.
