I had a reverse shoulder replacement operation on Feb 23rd this year carried out by Mr Desai. I had excellent care from start to finish and the outcome is very pleasing so far. I have far less pain now and can sleep much better too. Even the scar is much neater than I expected after such a big operation. Mr Desai explained all the risks involved and what sort of procedure he hoped to carry out. I would definitely go back to him again. Sr Hugh’s is an excellent hospital and everyone concerned with my stay were very caring and supportive.

Excellent professional care before, during and after having Carpal Tunnel Surgery on both wrists. Explained everything in great detail regarding procedure and pro’s and con’s and outcome. Have no hesitation in recommending Mr Desai, have great confidence in him for any procedure he may perform.

Dr Aravind Desai Syamarao has been great, I had key hole surgery 3 weeks ago today and I feel the benefit already, still some healing to go and physio but I have more range of motion already and not as much pain as I had before surgery. I would definitely recommend this surgeon and would say he made me feel comfortable and safe as did his team on the day of my procedure , I was very well taken care of. The whole team at the Lincoln hospital were brilliant and made me feel comfortable during my stay.

Excellent proffessional care, Mr Desai redid my rota cuff with excellent results! he strives to get the best results for his patients and is always polite and caring. He treats all his patients the same either private or NHS patient He listens to the problem and how this impacts on your well being offering a high standard of care, I would certainly choose to rebook with Mr Desai if I needed to. I would highly recommend this consultant
