I’ve had three spine surgeries now at New Hall Hospital. I felt for twenty years, with my life going down hill no one listened or cared. Eventually my pathway led me to Mr Hilton, thank god.After my first op I was given a life I never would of dreamed of. Mr Hilton is so in tune with you, I felt he walked the walk with me, every step He cares so much, even at my darkest moments because I know he’s there for me, helped pulls me through my darkest moments . I’m , anti painkillers, and he’s the only one that is ok with it, and respects my needs. My first op lasted ten years, now had my second and third, all by Mr Hilton. I love seeing him, our chats and trust him totally. I could not ask for more, it may of took twenty years at the beginning but I found him. He is truly my friend

I cannot thank Mr Hilton enough for releasing me from the nightmare of excruciating pain that I have suffered due to an L2/3 disc herniation for the past six weeks. Although the NHS were incredibly helpful with a week in hospital for diagnosis, pain management and an epidural block (for which I am incredibly grateful) I was lucky enough to be able to knock weeks off getting my urgent operation by gaining a private appointment and operation. I am sure Mr Hilton would have given equally incredible, personable, friendly and above all sympathetic treatment through an NHS appointment. He really understood the impact of completely debilitating pain on my life and mobility and my emotional state! I am here sitting having just got home from hospital having had my much needed operation and though in post operative pain I have been released from overwhelming unbearable pain and feel human again. Thank you Mr Hilton for being so kind and for giving me hope and getting rid of that ghastly pain. I thoroughly recommend treatment by Mr Hilton. Thank you! Haley Knight Bournemouth

I would recommend Andrew Hilton to anyone and in fact I do! I have trusted him with both my life, my wife's life and now my son is being treated by him. We have seen him at Poole Hospital and in Dorchester and would travel anywhere to see him. Words cannot express how grateful we are to this kind, sincere and highly skilled surgeon. He took my pain away and gave me back my life after years of agonising pain. Thank you.

Dear Mr. Hilton, I just want to say how brilliant my care path has been since plugging in with DMS (-that was the difficult bit!) -Jenny Woolger, then your good self, then Liz Park: I get the real sense that you inspire and drive a great team! I am so happy to report that following your surgery there is not the slightest trace of leg pain -all I have to do is get fit and enjoy it, and I’m so glad that I overcame the British “stiff upper lip” scruples and had it done! In February 1991 woke up with pain in my back and sciatica had cordial epidural in southport lasted well till I moved to Southbourne near Bournemouth had various epidurals saw Andrew Hilton 2006 were he basically wrote me off told me there was nothing they could do 26yrs I have been going to Bournemouth hospital was sent too Nuffield hospital too have facit joint injections they would work for a couple of months had nerve ends by Roger laishley anaesthetist at Bournemouth hospitality January saw him in April just feel as if i have been put on the scrap hit iam in pain for 28yrs nobody cares
