Mr Noorani saw me after a hand injury. He explained that there were conflicting issues around how my injury would affect me and that overall surgery may end up with a worse functional result. I was very impressed by his attitude - he listened, carefully examined me and gave me great confidence in his experience and judgement. He gave me advice for exercises and continuing self care which I really appreciated. It is nice to know that surgeons recognise their job is to know when and when not, to operate!

I have been under the care and supervision of Mr Noorani over the last year. I had been experiencing extreme chronic left shoulder pain over 3 years, which had been getting substantially worse. Mr Noorani carried out various tests in conjunction with an MRI Scan to diagnose my problem efficiently. He advised me in a simplistic and logical manner, how he would correct the problem, and the protocol I should follow to recover effectively. He performed an Arthroscopic (Keyhole surgery) A C joint excision with a Sub A C joint decompression and Bicep Tenodesis. This was a complex procedure but it completely corrected the pain I was experiencieng in my Pulley, which is in the top front of the shoulder, when I lifted anything. It also completely corrected the constant pain in my Subacromial Bursar, and caused my Bursitis to be erradicated and relieved. It also eliminated completely the pain I was experiencing in my Rotator Cuff, specifically the A C Joint. It also completely resolved the continuous and consistent pain I had been experiencing in my Left Scapula - Trigger Point region. There were no adverse effects,post-operative whatsoever. I have recovered extremely quickly, thanks to Mr Noorani's rehabilitation protocol. It is now 4 months post operation, and I have full range of motion and full mobility and strength in my left shoulder The pain has been completely eliminated, where Mr Noorani operated, and the shoulder feels like "Brand New".
