Mr Noorani saw me after a hand injury.
He explained that there were conflicting issues around how my injury would affect me and that overall surgery may end up with a worse functional result.
I was very impressed by his attitude - he listened, carefully examined me and gave me great confidence in his experience and judgement.
He gave me advice for exercises and continuing self care which I really appreciated. It is nice to know that surgeons recognise their job is to know when and when not, to operate!
